The building consists of three structural parts. The tower part with its own entrance contains free sector owner-occupied housing and the other two parts with their own entrance are social rented housing. Free sector part and social rent function completely independently of each other.
For ground lease, the General Provisions 2000 of the Municipality of Amsterdam apply. This concerns perpetual ground lease with a period of 50 years. At the time of purchase, you have the option to choose between an annually indexed ground rent or a perpetual bought-off ground rent.
No, because in Amsterdam since July 2020, self-occupancy is mandatory for new-build homes.

The purchase prices f.o.n. include: finishing as per technical description; construction costs, including wage and material cost increase; costs of architect and other advisors (structural, installation and building physics advisor); installation costs of utilities and CAI; notary fees for the purchase of your property and any stall; estate agent's commission; transfer tax or sales tax (assuming 21%); costs of SWK (Stichting Waarborgfonds Koopwoningen) guarantee certificate.
The listed V.O.N. prices do not include: kitchen; costs for any additional work; subscription and connection costs for telephone, CAI or fibre optic cables, service costs and utilities; closing commission and notary, advisory and land registry fees for your mortgage; interest costs in accordance with the purchase and building contract on the purchase price of the right of emphyteusis, on the expired building instalments and, if applicable, on the additional payment on surrender.

If you want to change your building numbers after registration, you must first 'withdraw' the registration and then you can change the building numbers. You don't have to go through the whole registration process again, you can resubmit it directly after changing only the construction numbers.
